"Vampire Diaries" actor Ian Somerhalder recently appeared at the 2013 BloodyCon in Germany
with co-star Malese Jow and the cozy images of them together that
surfaced online ignited the reports they are dating. Is the 22-year-old
brunette the reason behind the Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev break-up?

posted on her Twitter account @xoMalese. Afterwards, Malese Jow shared the photo at social networking sites Twitter and Instagram.The image caption read: "Don't see this guy as often as I'd like to! Love you to death, @iansomerhalder." Though the image showed the 34-year-old heartthrob actor kissing Malese Jow, it could only mean an innocent sweet gesture between good friends who have not seen each other in a while.
On the other hand, Nina Dobrev remains tight-lipped about her break-up as well as the circulating reports between Ian Somerhalder and Malese Jow. The actress has been enjoying beach vacations instead ever since the much publicized split.
The 24-year-old actress headed to a mysterious location to spend some time alone. Nina shared to her Twitter followers about her spur-of-the-moment adventure with a posted message that reads: "Boarding plane! Looking forward to getting lost somewhere :) Packing light.. Playing it by ear."
Afterwards, Nina Dobrev shared a photo that shows the beautiful ocean view with a straw hat on the sunny background. The ex-couple are obviously moving on from their split in their own ways with Nina balancing her busy work schedule and beach vacations.
Nina Dobrev is set to appear in the film "Let's Be Cops" while Ian Somerhalder buries himself with work in the upcoming Noel Clarke thriller movie "The Anomaly" being filmed in London, England. The two will continue to work professionally together on the set of "The Vampire Diaries" for the upcoming fifth season of the hit TV series.
