Ian Somerhalder Leaves ‘The Vampire Diaries’ for ‘Fifty Shades Darker’?

After “Batman Vs. Superman” star Henry Cavill debunked rumors about joining “Fifty Shades Darker,” it has been reported that actor Ian Somerhalder will leave “The Vampire Diaries” for the upcoming erotic film.
In a previous report it was revealed that Somerhalder might consider the role of Jack Hyde. But this time, his wife, Nikki Reed, is allegedly pushing him to quit the TV series and join E.L. James and the “Fifty Shades” team, Celeb Dirty Laundry reported.
The site noted that the possible reason Reed is urging Somerhalder to leave the show is to get rid of his ex-girlfriend, Nina Dobrev, which was also part of “TVD.”
Both Reed and Ian haven’t said anything about the news, so nothing has been confirmed as of this moment. However, Somerhalder’s fans would like him to play as Jack Hyde as well. Aside from Ian, another star that is rumored to be portraying the role is the “Divergent” actor Theo James.
In other news, “Fifty Shades” lead actor Jamie Dornan is allegedly cheating on his wife, Amelia Warner.
“After posing for a photo with one blond, he kissed her on the cheek as she tousled his hair. He asked another girl, ‘How do you say you have beautiful eyes’ in Czech?” an insider revealed on Star Magazine, quotes another Celeb Dirty Laundry report.
“We were making bets on who he would go home with. We had no idea he was married!”
As a result, his wife reportedly wants him to leave the film and Dornan might bid his goodbye to his role as Christian Grey.
However, according to his representative, “All press reports are pure conjecture as the studio has not committed to a sequel as yet,” E! News cited, suggesting that Dornan would not leave the “Fifty Shades” trilogy.
Stay tuned for more “Fifty Shades Darker” update.
