According to Zap2It, Caroline Dries teased the twisted love triangle at the center of the action this season.
Meanwhile, Christian Post shared that Caroline and Stefan will have a deeper relationship and it is possible that it is in a romantic sense. Caroline revealed that the character will “find himself caught in the middle of the ensuing war” between the Salvatore brothers and their mum, resulting in him having to show where his true loyalties truly lie.
On a serious note, Nina concluded her speech saying that she will always look back on “The Vampire Diaries” with a grateful heart and told the audience that change is coming and it’s going to be fun.
Dries said, “It’s this love triangle, if you will, which we’ve created between Damon, Stefan, and Lily”.
“The Degrassi: Next Generation” alum has long reiterated that leaving “The Vampire Diaries” had nothing to do with not wanting to work with his ex-boyfriend Somerhalder, who plays her on-screen boyfriend Damon Salvatore. “You’re going to see that they both have their issues with each other, but they’re actually dealing with it”. “They love her, and care for her, in different ways”, Dries acknowledged. But, what could be the problem of Reed that she allegedly had taken this decision? They have different feelings towards her, and she’s able to manipulate them and love them differently.
Knowing this fact, the girls fought their way to survive every scene without knowing how each one would go.
